Hey there! In this video, I guide you through setting up your profile step by step. We start by uploading a picture, entering your contact details, creating a signature, connecting calendars like Google and Zoom, and setting up your availability. Make sure to follow along to ensure your profile is ready for action!
Set up your profile, step by step
Your profile is what your clients and your team see. Open it any time from Settings, then My Profile.
1. Add your photo and contact details
Go to Settings, then My Profile, then General. Upload a square photo (512 x 512 px, under 2.5 MB), then check your name, email, phone and platform language. Scroll down and click Save.

2. Turn on your email signature
On the same General page, switch on "Enable signature on all outgoing messages." Build your signature in the editor below it: your name, a Book Now button and links to your offers. Click Save so every email and text you send carries it.
3. Connect your calendar
Open the Calendar tab. Under Connected calendars, click + Add new and connect your Google or Outlook calendar. Under Configuration, choose your Linked calendar (where new bookings land) and your Conflict calendars (checked so you never get double booked). Turn on Hide event details to keep personal events private.

4. Add Zoom or Google Meet and set your hours
Still in the Calendar tab, open Video conferencing and click + Add new to connect Zoom or Google Meet, so every booking gets a meeting link automatically. New: scroll down to Schedules to set your weekly working hours once and apply them to all your calendars. Use Add date specific hours for holidays and days off.

5. Keep your login secure
