In this video, I walk you through setting up your Tax Revenue Manager account: connecting your Google profile, setting up call tracking, linking your Facebook page and connecting Stripe so you can get paid.
Build a dashboard that shows your numbers at a glance
Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. Set it up once and it shows your leads, appointments and revenue every day.
1. Open your dashboard
Click Dashboard in the left menu. Use the dashboard name at the top left to switch between dashboards, and the date button at the top right to change the time period.

2. Create a new dashboard
Click + New next to the dashboard name. Choose Create a blank dashboard to start fresh, From template library to start from a ready-made layout, or Clone existing dashboard to copy one you already like. Give it a name you'll recognize, like Tax Season Numbers.

3. Add widgets
Click Edit dashboard at the top right. Pick a widget from the panel on the left, such as Contacts count, Appointment count or Opportunity count, or type in Search widgets. Use Browse by category to find widgets for contacts, appointments, opportunities, emails and texts. New: your changes save automatically, so there is no Save button. Use the Themes tab to change your dashboard colors.

4. Get a quick summary
New: click Dashboard summary at the top right for a written recap of your numbers, so you can see how the week is going without reading every chart.
5. Connect Stripe so you can get paid
The most important setup task is connecting Stripe. Your invoices, payment links, calendars and courses all depend on it. Go to Payments, then Integrations, and follow How To Connect Stripe.
