Where to find it
In TRM, go to Settings > Calendars. The top tabs are Calendars, Preferences, Availability and Connections. Under Calendars you'll see Calendars, Service menu, Rooms and Equipment, plus filters for status, type and owner. Every calendar shows its duration, type and status, with edit, share and settings icons on the right.

Create a new calendar
Click + New calendar and pick a type. Personal booking is one-on-one with a specific team member, like a tax consultation. Round robin rotates bookings across your team, which works well for sales calls and onboarding. Class booking is one host with many attendees, like a webinar or group training. Collective booking puts several of your team in one meeting with a client. Click Explore more types for event and service calendars.

Name the calendar, set the meeting length, choose the location (in person, phone call, Zoom, Google Meet or Teams), and pick the form fields you want collected, then save. Use the share icon next to any calendar to copy its booking link or embed code for your website or funnel.
Set your availability
Open the Availability tab and choose the team member. Set your weekly working hours and timezone, and use Add date specific hours for holidays or extended tax-season hours. Apply the schedule to at least one calendar, then click Save changes. Use Create schedule if you want separate hours for different services.

Connect Google, Outlook or iCloud
Open the Connections tab and click Add new. Connect Google, Outlook (Office 365, Outlook.com, live.com or Hotmail) or iCloud so TRM checks your real availability and avoids double bookings. You can also sync a Calendly account. Under Video conferencing, connect Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet once Google calendar is connected, so every booking gets its own meeting link.
