In this video, I walk you through your business details: logo, legal business name, website, niche, business type, registration type, EIN, address, time zone and language.
Fill in your business details, step by step
Your business info feeds your invoices, emails, phone registration and website. Fill it in carefully, because the phone carriers check it before they approve you to text.
1. Open Business Info
Go to Settings, then Business Info. It's the first item under My Business, and the page is titled Business Profile Settings. Each section has its own Update button, so save each one as you go.
2. General Information
Upload your logo (350 x 180 px, under 2.5 MB). Enter your friendly business name, legal business name, business email, business phone, website, niche and currency. Your legal business name must match your IRS letter exactly. Click Update Information.

3. Address, time zone and language
In Business Physical Address, enter your street address, city, ZIP code and state, then pick your time zone and platform language. New: your platform language also sets the language of your default appointment emails. Click Update.
4. Business Information
Pick your business type, business industry and business registration ID type, then enter your business registration number (your EIN). Check your regions of operation, such as USA and Canada. Click Update Information.

5. Authorized Representative
Enter the owner or officer who can speak for the business: first and last name, email, job position and phone number with country code. Click Update Information. The phone carriers use this when they review your texting registration.
