TRM connects to your social accounts in two places. Marketing > Social Calendar is for scheduling and publishing posts. Settings > Integrations is for messages, comments and lead ads flowing into your CRM. Connect both for every platform you use.

Connect accounts for posting

Go to Marketing > Social Calendar. Under Connect your social accounts, click + Connect on each network you use. Major networks are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. Also available are Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Google Business Profile (GBP) and Community. Sign in to each platform and pick the page, profile or channel to post to. Managing a client's accounts? Click Send social connect invite so they can connect without sharing passwords.

Connect messages and lead ads

Go to Settings > Integrations. Facebook syncs ad leads, DMs, reviews and comments across your Facebook Pages and Instagram. Instagram syncs DMs into Conversations. LinkedIn and TikTok Lead Ads pull leads from your ad forms into your contacts, and TikTok Messaging brings in TikTok DMs. Google connects your Google Business Profile, Google Lead Ads syncs leads from Google Ads, and WhatsApp is here too. Click Connect, sign in, choose the page or account, and save.

Then use the Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn Form Fields Mapping tabs at the top of Integrations to match each lead form question to a TRM contact field.

Facebook and Instagram tips

Instagram must be a Business or Creator account linked to your Facebook Page before it will connect for posting and DMs. Link it in Meta's Accounts Center, then reconnect in TRM. If a Facebook Page doesn't show up when you connect, make sure you're an admin of that page and that you allowed access to every page during the Facebook sign-in.

Start posting

Back in Social Calendar, write a post once and pick every account to send it to. Schedule it, or use bulk scheduling, category queues, recurring schedules and RSS feeds to keep your calendar full.
