How to Setup Personal Booking Calendar

Build a one-on-one booking calendar, share the link, and sync it with Google or Outlook.

A personal booking calendar lets clients book one-on-one time with you, like a tax consultation or document review. It holds your rules for hours, meeting length, buffers and reminders, so set it up even if you live in Google Calendar.

Create your personal booking calendar

Go to Settings > Calendars and click + New calendar, then choose Personal booking. Give it a client-friendly name, add a description, select yourself as the team member, set a custom URL and the meeting duration, then click Confirm. Open Advanced settings to set buffers, minimum notice, booking limits and the form clients fill out.

Share your booking link

Click the share icon next to your calendar. The Scheduling link follows your custom URL, so it changes if you edit the slug. The Permanent link never changes, so use that one in funnels, ads and website buttons. You'll also find a One time link, Embed code for your website, and a QR code for flyers and your office.

Turn on appointment reminders

Reminders cut no-shows. Go to Automation > Workflows, click + Create Workflow and start from the Appointment Confirmation + Reminder recipe. Add your meeting link to the confirmation email, review each action, then Publish and Save.

Sync Google, Outlook or iCloud

Go to Settings > Calendars > Connections, click Add new and connect Google, Outlook or iCloud. TRM blocks times you're already busy and adds new bookings to your calendar. Connect Zoom, Teams or Google Meet so every booking gets its own meeting link.
